Great customer service no pressure shop. I was looking for new e-bike and the team took the time to explain the options and recommended a bike based on my needs, they called me when the bike arrived so I could take a look and test drive, I bought the Dirwin Pacer Lite that day. I never felt pressured or rushed. If you need a bike or service I highly recommend Bikesport.

Great guys with great customer service, I took my kids bike and electric scooters with mechanical issues for both, they immediately fixed the bike in less than 5 minutes and told me to contact the manufacturer for the E scooter since the parts are not available on the market. They were efficient and extremely nice, they didn’t charge me anything and I refused so I gave them40 bucks but they gave me a 20 back. Very grateful

Had a strange noise coming from my Cipollini Campagnolo road bike – usually nobody knows how to fix or I’m afraid to leave it- Will and Dave were great they found noise right away and fixed it. I was back on the road for the rest of my Saturday ride. Extremely knowledgeable with high end bikes I won’t hesitate to bring my bike there for maintenance -thanks guys!!

I’m a senior getting back into cycling and decided to try this shop. All the people working here are awesome. They changed my old pedals to clipless NO CHARGE. 🤯 and right on the spot. Service every other time I have gone in has been prompt, knowledgeable and super friendly. LOVE IT HERE. A regular customer for life

I highly recommend this shop. Everyone that works there are cyclists, and they’re all good people. I brought my bike in a few weeks ago, because it was in desperate need of maintenance. It had been on a trainer for a few years due to life events that altered my ride schedule. It was so bad they asked if a new bike was in my budget lol. There were broken spokes, the brakes were completely seized up, the handle bars were broken in the frame, the tires were trashed, etc… They some how brought my bike back to life. It’s good to be back on the road. I really appreciate everything Will did to get my bike back in order!

I finally found my bike shop! I was having trouble with one of my Bob stroller tires. I took it to another bike shop that I normally go to and as usually they were dismissive and said they couldn’t help me. I called Bike Sport in Oldsmar and asked if this was something they could help with. They said they would give it a fair shot. I brought the stroller in a within seconds they identified the problem. They told me to give them some time so they could attempt to fix it. I drove away and they called 2mn later for me to come back because they had already fixed it! I have four bikes total and will be going here from now on for all of my bike repairs!

Every experience I have had with Bike Sport has been phenomenal whether it is an issue with one of my bikes or my cycling shoes. Every time I call or go in, they are extremely friendly, prompt, professional, and very reasonable with their pricing. Whenever I go in, they are very welcoming and treat you like family. Last week Ross helped me with one of the clips on my cycling shoe. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Not to mention, their mascot dog is the absolute cutest! I highly recommend them! They are a small business with big-time customer service!

This is the GO TO spot for your bike needs! I bought my bike from them and did a tune up 5 years later. The bike feels like it’s brand new. Very detail oriented service. The pick up and drop off service is amazing, great communication through the whole process. Prices are very reasonable. If you’re a bike enthusiast this is THE spot to go to, I promise.

Have been to this shop many times to purchase bikes, accessories and for repairs. They are professional, and knowledgeable. Giant brand bikes are sold here but repair all types. Repairs are done quickly. If you’re looking for a great local bike shop that values your business, this is a solid choice. Highly recommend.

I want to Bike Sport bike shop two day in a row. I can’t believe this gem has been rt under my nose and I didn’t know. First day was getting a tube for my sons flat lady and gentleman that help me were absolutely awesome. They had a class going teaching riders how to fix issue that may occur with bike. Second day took my bike in to get front brake fixed. Dave and Troy were great able to diagnosis fix and educate me as they were doing so. Bike Sport is like grandma’s cooking everyone loves it.

Came in to see what was wrong with my wife’s bike and was immediately taken care of and shown the quick simple fix it took to correct it. Troy was very kind, helpful, and honest definitely come here for ANY of your bikes needs. They run an honest business and don’t take advantage of their customers.

I have nothing but praise for BikeSport of Oldsmar. While searching for a new bicycle, I visited many local bicycle shops but the professionalism and trustworthiness of BikeSport stood out from the rest. I initially purchased a new bicycle at BikeSport that I thought I wanted, only to discover that, after riding it around the neighborhood, the bicycle I chose wasn’t my best choice. When I explained to Dave that I didn’t make the best decision, he could not have been more accommodating in helping me find exactly the bicycle that perfectly met my needs. Excellent bike shop, amazing customer service. We went in to have my bike seat tightened/fixed and Will fixed several things free of charge. I also purchased a bike rack for my car as I don’t have a hitch and he helped set it up and show me how to use it. 10/10 can’t recommend this place enough.

Found BikeSport during the pandemic and have been thoroughly pleased during the several times I have been back. I brought my bike in yesterday with a persistent clicking sound. The gentleman took my bike for a quick spin through the parking lot and indicated that he thought it was the peddle. He changed the pedals and tried again, boom, clicking gone! While it was up on the rack, he made sure the gears were working well and cleaned the chain as well. He then told me that there was no charge! Needless to say, I will definitely continue going back.

Highly recommend this shop. Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in repairing my bike. I had taken my bike to another local shop and they informed me I needed to replace all the components on my bike since one piece was broken and a replacement was no longer made. I stopped in and spoke with Will about the issue. He recommended for him to take a look
at my bike since other customers had similar issues with these components. After diagnosing the problem, he saved me $3,000 in repairs. It was a simple battery replacement of $26 that got my bike back on the road. I will be taking my bike here for service and repairs in the future.

Great shop would recommend! Attentive staff, nice showroom, and a good selection of accessories. They’ve worked on my specialized gravel bike a few times, and also were willing to work our 5 year olds Kmart special too. Thank you Bikesport!

Brought my old bike back to life..From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and didn’t judge the sorry state of my neglected bike. They took the time to assess it thoroughly and explained all the work needed to get it road-worthy again. The service was excellent, the prices fair for the amount of work done, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you have an old bike you want to resurrect, or just need quality service, this is the place to go!

This is long overdue. I’ve been customer of BikeSport Oldsmar since 2016. I’ve purchased a number bikes and had my bikes serviced/maintained there regularly. They are by far the best local bike shop around. Guys like Will and Roy provide fast and reliable service and offer insights on how to maintain my bikes. Although I no longer live in Oldsmar, they continue to be my local bike shop. Great work guys! It’s always a pleasure coming into the shop.

My grandson just learned to ride his bike a couple of days ago and after 3 days, it made a horrible noise when he rode and the chain came off. The 2 men who worked at the bike shop were so friendly and helpful. They knew right away what the problem was where the pedals went into the bike. They fixed it and didn’t charge me anything and they even showed him how to stop the bike which he was having trouble learning. I highly recommend this bike shop. They go above and beyond and are so nice and knowledgeable.

I bought a bike for me and my wife from here a few years ago. I was having some issues with my wife’s bike and came to the Bike shop today expecting to have to drop off and pick it up at a later date. I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed in and told to bring the bike inside and they would take a look at it right now. What I was expecting to take a day took 20 minutes. He did some minor adjustments made sure everything was in good shape, he could have charged saying there were things that needed to be upgraded, but said no need to buy anything and sent me on my way. Very helpful and even showed me how to do a few things so I can adjust on my own if needed in the future. You don’t come across that type of customer service and professionalism often, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or repair!

We recently bought new bikes and are new to the biking world and noticed some kinks/adjustments that our bikes needed so we took them to bike sport and had our bikes fixed within minutes! The guys that run the shop even showed us and educated us about each issue/adjustment. We highly recommend this shop for anything bike related!

I cannot tell you how much I love the team at BikeSport. I bought a Giant Defy from them back in 2020, and I’ve been using them for service and support ever since. I actually drive past several bike shops on my way to them every time, but I’d rather go to BikeSport! Last week I had an issue with my seatpost, and master mechanic Will was able to solve it for me, same day, and he didn’t even charge me. Thank you!

Bought our family’s second bike from BikeSport today. Dave took care of my questions kindly and helped me size our bike appropriately to my daughter’s age/size.
BikeSport (Will) did a tune-up on my 20 year old Trek 4500 for me last year and it has been riding in ‘like-new’ shape ever since. Nice to have a dependable back up bike once again.
